These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lartyked website (lartyked.org) and any coaching programmes you purchase from us. By using our website or booking a programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services
lartyked provides business training and career coaching, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills and career transition support. Our programmes are designed to support your professional development. They are guidance and coaching services, and specific outcomes such as promotions, job offers or salary changes cannot be, and are not, guaranteed. Individual results depend on your circumstances, effort and factors outside our control.
3. Bookings and payment
- Prices for programmes are shown on our website and confirmed at the point of booking. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Monthly plans are billed each month, and annual plans are billed once for the year at the discounted rate shown.
- Payment is due in advance of the relevant billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may update our prices from time to time. Any change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Cancellations and refunds
As a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where it applies. In addition, we offer a 7-day satisfaction window after your first paid session: if the programme isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of that session and we will arrange a refund of your first payment. Rolling plans can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current paid period. To cancel, email info@lartyked.org.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when enquiring or booking.
- Attend scheduled sessions or give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
- Use the coaching, materials and resources for your own personal development only.
- Not copy, resell or redistribute our materials without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, frameworks and materials — is owned by or licensed to lartyked and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use our materials for your own development while you are a client.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our coaching. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site without notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
